Includes Will, Power of Attorney, and Advance Medical Directive.
We also host the signing ceremony and provide witnesses and notary services.

Revocable Living Trust Package

If you’re looking to avoid probate but keep your affairs private, leave funds for minors, or plan for disability, this is for you.

Includes documents in the Will Package plus Revocable Living Trust(s).
If you have minor children, this package also includes a Minor Power of Attorney form.

Small Business Estate Planning Package

This includes everything in the Revocable Living Trust Package plus the following.

Operating Agreement or Assignment to allow the Trust to manage your LLC at your death.
We also provide consulting for asset protection and the Corporate Transparency Act for LLCs.
