Our Emergency Essentials Plan is designed for college students, young adults, and others who may not yet need a full estate plan, but who need legal protections in place right now.

This plan includes:

• Advance Medical Directive (to name a healthcare agent)
• HIPAA Authorization (to grant access to medical records)
• Durable Power of Attorney (to handle financial or legal issues)
• Emergency Wallet Card (with the names and phone numbers of medical agents in case of crisis)

This is an ideal gift for a high school graduate, a college student heading out of state, or any young adult who travels or lives independently.

Kids Protection Plan

The Kids Protection Plan is a unique tool we offer to make sure your children are protected immediately, no matter what happens. Without the right documents, your children could be placed into protective custody or with someone you wouldn’t have chosen.

• Minor Power of Attorney (to give short-term authority to a trusted adult)
• Standby Guardian Form (for long-term guardianship if needed)
• Caretaking Instructions Worksheet
• Confidential Exclusion Form (to exclude anyone you don’t want to serve as guardian)
• Emergency Wallet Card (so authorities know who to contact)
